Note: Winter visits bring a storybook snowy setting, but ensure your vehicle is AWD/4WD equipped for easy access.

Parking Tip: With parking limited to two cars, we recommend carpooling for group trips. Winter guests should come prepared with AWD/4WD vehicles and chains as needed.

After a day of exploring, relax together on the deck overlooking the peaceful valley, knowing your pet is as welcome as you are.
Pet Policy: Only dogs are permitted (up to four, with fee); please plan accordingly.

Winter Reminder: From November—March, 4WD/AWD and possibly chains are essential for your safety and access. No refunds for weather-related access issues.

- Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
Property Access
- Please note there is room for no more than two cars to park at this home.
Policies and Rules
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking allowed.
- No events allowed.
- Children allowed.
- Parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy are not allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
Fees and Payments
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
- This home allows up to 4 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25.00 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
Cancellation Policy
- CANCELLATION POLICY: STRICT: Cancellations 60+ days prior to arrival receive a full refund minus the $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will not be refunded unless the dates are rebooked to another traveler.

Utilities and Amenities Access
- The property includes the following amenities: towels, bed linens, climate control, cooking basics, high-speed internet, clothes washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, toaster, oven, stove, balcony, free parking, carbon monoxide detector, microwave/convection oven, refrigerator, and basic dishes & silverware.
- There is a starter set of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- Hair dryer is provided. Towels and linens will be provided.
